I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Psychology at the Pennsylvania State University. Throughout my academic journey, I have been involved in research work relevant to STEM education, social-emotional learning program evaluation, as well as multilevel modeling and lRT application. My recent work particularly focuses on the equitable outcomes generated by universal social-emotional learning programs and addressing the equity issues in traditional social-emotional learning programs in a quantitative lens. I firmly believe in the inherent potential of all students and the significance of implementing transformative educational practices to unlock that potential. In my spare time I love cooking, photography, and hiking. I am thrilled to contribute to the GSC this year and look forward to collaborating with everyone to further our shared goals in Division D!
